Application case of pull rope displacement sensor in non-woven fabric slitting machine
The core of that pull rope displacement sensor in the non-woven fabric cut machine is to accurately detect the position, displacement and synchronous deviation of the cutting tool hold/unwinding/winding, so as to realize the accurate positioning of the cutter position, the stable control of the coil tension and the high-precision control of the cutting size.
The specific role focuses on three points:
1. Tool rest positioning: accurately feed back the left and right moving position of the cutting knife to ensure the width and size of non-woven fabric cutting are consistent and avoid deviation. 2. Tension control: cooperate with the detection of the displacement change of the unwinding/winding roller, and adjust the tension of the coil in real time to prevent the non-woven fabric from stretching, wrinkling or breaking.

Synchronous deviation correction: monitor the position deviation of the coil material, provide displacement signals for the deviation correction system, correct the material path in time, and ensure the cutting alignment.
