Prevent dregs from depositing in the pipeline and prevent the sensor from contacting corrosive or overheated media.
When measuring air pressure, the pressure tap should be at the top of the assembly line, and the sensor should also be installed above the assembly line, so that the accumulated liquid can be easily injected into the assembly line.
When measuring hydraulic pressure, the pressure tap should be set on the side of the assembly line to avoid slag accumulation.
The pressure guide pipe should be installed in a place with little temperature fluctuation.
When measuring the hydraulic pressure, the installation position of the sensor should avoid the phenomenon of hydraulic pressure (water hammer), so as to avoid over-pressure damage to the sensor.
When freezing occurs in winter, the sensor installed outdoors must take anti-freezing measures to avoid the volume expansion of the sensor due to the freezing of the pressure tap liquid, causing losses. When wiring, the cable should pass through the waterproof joint or winding pipeline and tighten the sealing nut to prevent rainwater from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.
When measuring steam or other high-temperature media, it is necessary to connect a condenser such as a buffer tube (coil) to prevent the working temperature of the sensor from exceeding its limit value.
