SOP500 intelligent digital transmitter: a high-precision signal hub for industrial measurement and control

On the functional level, the product adopts digital+analog dual-output architecture: RS485 interface follows Modbus RTU protocol, baud rate covers 1200-115200bps, and it can seamlessly connect PLC, configuration screen and PC system; Analog output supports 0-10V or 4-20mA system, is compatible with traditional control loop, and two outputs can run synchronously and accurately. The equipment comes with physical buttons for resetting and parameter adjustment, which supports quick debugging on site; With the exclusive upper computer test software, the whole process operations such as real-time reading, zero calibration and parameter configuration can be completed remotely. At the same time, it supports the automatic calibration of TEDS intelligent sensor when it is powered on, and with the functions of one-button zero clearing and automatic zero clearing, it significantly reduces the labor and time cost of on-site debugging.
