Centrifugal fans are widely used in various large and medium-sized factories, civil buildings, large venues and other places. For general ventilation, the centrifugal fan delivers air or other gases that are not flammable, explosive and corrosive to the house. There is no sticky substance in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas are not more than 150mg/m, the temperature does not exceed 80℃. The efficiency and sound level of centrifugal fan reach or exceed the A-level specification formulated by the Ministry of Machinery Industry. It is used to transport corrosive gases and use glass fiber reinforced plastic or steel multi-time anticorrosive paint.
The reason why the centrifugal fan can make great progress in power depends on the impeller of this fan. The so-called impeller is the fan blade that we usually see. Many people unilaterally think that the power of the fan is due to its fast speed comparison. The working power improvement of the fan is directly related to the speed of the breeze machine. However, the impeller is an energy-saving method, which can ensure that it uses the same electric energy while improving power.
Impeller can improve the working power of centrifugal fan, which has two advantages, one is the diameter of impeller, and the other is the inclination level of impeller. Assuming that the diameter of the impeller is relatively large, the model of this centrifugal fan is large enough. Then the power will be improved effectively, which is why all fans with larger power are larger in size. There is also the inclination level of the centrifugal fan impeller.
Assuming that the inclination level contrast is small, the power will be smaller. On the contrary, assuming that the tilt level is large, the power of centrifugal fan will increase. However, this is also within a certain range, because there is no way to reach 90 degrees due to the inclination level of the impeller, at most, it is within an acute angle.
