High-pressure ring blower helps the development of modern agricultural water-saving irrigation
With the rapid development of large-scale agricultural planting, saving water and increasing efficiency has become the core demand of irrigation industry. With the advantages of stable wind pressure and moderate energy consumption, high-pressure blowers are widely used in various irrigation systems in modern agriculture, breaking the shortcomings of traditional irrigation water waste and extensive control.
High-pressure blowers are mostly used in four scenarios: micro-sprinkler irrigation, water and fertilizer integration, spring irrigation and micro-porous aeration irrigation. In view of scattered farmland in hilly and mountainous areas, high-pressure blowers are adapted to mobile irrigation units, relying on high-pressure wind pressure to overcome the terrain drop, easily transport water to high terraces, and solve the pain point of difficult water intake in remote plots. In the water and fertilizer integration system, the fan sucks in liquid fertilizer under negative pressure, and after it is evenly mixed with irrigation water, it is transported along the pipeline, and fertilization and irrigation are completed in one step, which greatly reduces the labor cost and improves the crop absorption rate.
Compared with traditional water pump irrigation, the high-pressure blower equipment is small in size, flexible in installation, and the aluminum alloy body is resistant to wet field environment with low failure rate.
