The working principle of linear displacement sensor is the same as that of sliding rheostat. It is used as a voltage divider, and it presents the actual position of the measured position with relative output voltage.
1. If the electronic ruler has been used for a long time, and the seal is aging, and there are many impurities, and the water mixture and oil will seriously affect the contact resistance of the brush, which will make the displayed numbers keep beating. At this time, it can be said that the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
2. If the capacity of the power supply is very small, there will be many situations: the movement of melting glue will change and fluctuate the display of the mold-closing electronic ruler, or the movement of mold-closing will fluctuate the display of the glue-shooting electronic ruler, resulting in a great error in the measurement results. If the driving power supply of solenoid valve and the power supply of electronic ruler are together at the same time, the above situation is more likely to occur. When the situation is serious, the voltage fluctuation can even be measured by using the voltage range of multimeter. If the situation is not caused by high frequency interference, electrostatic interference or poor neutrality, then it may be caused by the power of the power supply is too small.
3. Both FM interference and electrostatic interference may make the digital display of the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor jump. The signal line of the electronic ruler should be separated from the high-voltage line of the equipment. The electronic ruler must use the grounding bracket compulsorily, and at the same time, the shell of the electronic ruler should be in good contact with the ground. The signal wire needs to be shielded, and a section of the electric box should be grounded with the shielded wire. If there is high frequency interference, usually the voltage measurement with multimeter will show normal, but the displayed number will just keep beating; When electrostatic interference occurs, the situation is the same as high frequency interference. To prove whether it is electrostatic interference, you can first use a power cord to short-circuit the cover screw of the electronic ruler with some metal on the machine. As long as it is short-circuited, the electrostatic interference will be eliminated immediately. However, if you want to eliminate the high-frequency interference, it is difficult to use the above method. Both the frequency conversion economizer and the robot hand often have high-frequency interference, so you can try to verify whether it is high-frequency interference by stopping the high-frequency economizer or the robot hand.4. If the electronic ruler of the linear displacement sensor regularly jumps at a certain point in the process of working, or when there is no display data, it is necessary to check whether the insulation of the connecting wire is damaged or not, and it is in regular contact with the casing of the machine, resulting in short circuit to the ground.
5. The voltage of power supply must be stable, and the industrial voltage should conform to the stability of+/-0.1 [%]. For example, if the reference voltage is 10V, the fluctuation of+/-±0.01V can be allowed, otherwise, it will cause the trap fluctuation of the display. But if the amplitude of display fluctuation at this time does not exceed the amplitude of fluctuation voltage, then the electronic ruler is normal.
6. The installation of the linear displacement sensor requires good alignment, but the parallelism can be allowed to have an error of ±0.5mm and the angle can be allowed to have an error of 12. However, if the parallelism error and the angle error are both too large, the displayed numbers will jump. Then when this happens, the parallelism and angle must be adjusted.
7. in the process of connection, be sure to pay more attention to, the three wires of the electronic ruler can't be connected wrong, and the power cord and output wire can't be exchanged. If the above lines are connected incorrectly, there will be a large linear error, which is difficult to control, and the control accuracy will become poor, and the display will easily jump and so on.
