Aeration Discmicroporous aerator

Diaphragm disc type microporous aerator (aeration disc) is another membrane type microporous aerator product. ABS engineering plastics are used as the chassis and support plate, and the air distribution plate is made of EPDM material. The aeration device is composed of aerator, regulator, connector and air distribution pipe, tee, tee, elbow and other pipe fittings.

Product features:

Good blocking and backfilling prevention. Aerator into a spherical crown shape, even if the aeration tank water quality is complex, or intermittent operation, its surface is not easy to accumulate mud. The diaphragm perforating technology is unique and advanced, and it is inclined through the incision type. In addition, a special sealing ring is set up in the top center to prevent water backflow more effectively.

The working surface of the spherical crown aerator is relatively larger than that of the flat aerator, with small bubbles, uniform air distribution, high oxygen filling efficiency and good treatment effect. Aging resistance and corrosion resistance. The spherical crown aeration diaphragm is made of high quality rubber, and the supporting tray and wedge insert plate are engineering plastics uniformly. These materials have excellent physical and mechanical properties. Excellent aging resistance, and acid, alkali and chemical corrosion resistance.

Low resistance loss. Due to the unique anti-blocking and anti-water backflow performance of the aerator, the check valve attached to the plate type micro-porous aerator is removed, thus reducing the resistance of the aerator. Energy consumption is saved.

Main technical features:

The variable microporous aerator is designed with slightly raised arch surface, and ABS engineering plastic is used as the main body. The diaphragm is made of special imported rubber (EPDM) with anti-adhesion surface, which is made by special processing. The perforation of the diaphragm is made with CNC knife imported from Germany, which ensures the quality and accuracy of the hole. During aerator oxygenation and aeration, four air supply slots are designed on the main disk surface, so that the incoming air is sent directly to the center of the aerator head after buffered by the check valve to ensure that the diaphragm opens easily with one-time low resistance. The diaphragm adopts ribbed locking mechanized assembly to ensure that the diaphragm never falls off. When the air is injected, the micropores on the air film inflate themselves to ensure that the air passes through. When aeration is stopped, the variable micropores on the air distribution film are closed. Because the variable micropores of the air distribution film expand and contract by themselves, the phenomenon of blocking through the aerator micropores is avoided. Secondly, the aerator chassis is provided with a check valve device to prevent the mixed liquid from entering the gas distribution branch pipe when the pipeline system stops supplying gas, so as to avoid the branch pipe entering the mixed liquid and being blocked. The air entering does not need special filtration, intermittent aeration is not blocked, and the phenomenon that the air film is easy to blow film tear and the diaphragm cannot be opened or the diaphragm is blocked has been greatly improved. These technical reforms make it free from the pain of maintenance in long-term operation, and it is a new generation of excellent products.
