The business of the SOP factory is getting better and better. There are many customers who place large orders for us, and we can't meet some manual steps. Therefore, the SOP factory has recently purchased two automation equipment.
The first one is an automatic winding machine. Usually the sensor is equipped with a wire of 1 meter, and many customers need longer ones. We can match them for customers. This automatic winding machine saves workers a lot of time and makes the winding thread more standardized.
The second is an automatic wire stripping machine. Usually, our sensors need to reserve a few cm for the convenience of customer wiring, but the efficiency of manual stripping with a blade is very low, the speed is very slow, and it is difficult to control the accurate reserved length. This automatic wire stripping machine successfully makes the reserved wires more standardized and unified.
